Ground Hog Shadow Means Long Winter
A bright sunrise on a 24 degree morning on Ground Hog Day can only mean one thing, but after a frigid January here in Otter Creek Valley, why am I not surprised? Otter Creek, above still shows signs of Tuesday’s snowfall.
Hunter the old Golden Lab attests to his shadow being present in his driveway.
A new discovery in the valley is this old cabin with an interesting stained glass window. Never did see an actual groundhog, but I guess she was just up before me.
Beautiful photos once again………can we stand another 6 weeks of winter? Patsy
